Spaces

This feature lets you customize the available spaces in your business. You can manage spaces for Kennels, Pens, Hutches, Aviaries, Enclosures, Runs, and any other type of space that suits your business needs.

What You Can Do

  • Create as many spaces as you need to run your business for each pet type.
  • Create and/or customize the pre-generated information if the one-click configurator was used.
  • Create and/or customize spaces without using the one-click configurator.

How to Configure Spaces

  1. Navigate to "Admin" > "System Settings" > "Booking Services Configuration" > "Spaces (Kennels, cages, runs, etc.)".
  2. Choose "Manage and organize pet spaces like kennels, cages, and runs."
  3. Click Add New Space.
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Pet type
    • Space name
    • Size: Choose one of the options.
    • Availability for bookings: Indicate if the space is available for bookings.
    • Availability for online bookings: Indicate if the space is available for online bookings.
  5. Click Add.

Note: Spaces are filtered by pet type. Ensure that you configure spaces for each pet type you offer.
